This Privacy Policy describes how Arthspire Technologies (“Arthspire”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect three categories of information:

• Information you provide directly. When you create an account (name, email address, password hash), when you connect a broker (broker identity, access tokens), and when you contact support.
• Information collected automatically. IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and crash logs.
• Information from third parties. When you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your verified email and profile name (only what you authorise). When you connect a broker, we receive position and order data scoped to what you grant.

2. How we use your information

• To operate and improve the Services.
• To authenticate you and protect your account.
• To provide market data, analytics, and broker-routed execution you request.
• To send you transactional messages (account, security, billing).
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abuse.
• To comply with applicable law and regulatory requirements.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers acting on our behalf (cloud hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Brokers and exchanges, but only when you explicitly initiate an action that requires it.
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by valid legal process.
• A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with equivalent privacy commitments.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use first-party cookies for authentication (refresh tokens) and basic analytics. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers. You can clear cookies via your browser at any time; doing so will sign you out.

5. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and accounting obligations. Trade and analytics data is retained per industry-standard regulatory requirements.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention.
• Withdraw consent for optional processing (e.g., marketing email).
• Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

7. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, hashed passwords (bcrypt), short-lived access tokens, and rotating refresh tokens. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and enable any additional protections we offer.

8. Children

Arthspire is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Services evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
