Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services provided by Arthspire Technologies (“Arthspire”, “we”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to use Arthspire.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any access tokens. Do not share credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial trading analysis and execution (when broker-connected). You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Services or underlying data.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense market data accessed through Arthspire.
• Use the Services to violate any law, exchange rule, or broker agreement.
• Interfere with the operation of the Services or other users’ access.
• Submit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or probe security mechanisms.

4. Not investment advice

Arthspire is a market analytics and education platform. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor or Research Analyst. Nothing on the Services constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. You alone are responsible for every investment decision you make.

5. Market data

Market data displayed on the Services is sourced from third parties including exchanges and brokers. We endeavour to deliver timely and accurate data, but we cannot guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or non-interruption. Do not rely on the Services as the sole source for time-sensitive trade execution.

6. Subscriptions and billing

• Premium subscriptions are billed in advance per the plan you select. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds, where applicable, are at our discretion and governed by Indian consumer law.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, content, design, and trademarks, are the property of Arthspire or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. All other rights are reserved.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Services, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time from settings or by emailing hello@arthspire.com.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARTHSPIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
